Crumple: A new approach to finding diverse leadership talent.

Women are often reluctant to raise their hands for a new position unless the grass is significantly greener and they feel 100% confident that they are the best person to mow it.

 

Employers selecting candidates based on resumes or LinkedIn profiles may overlook women who don't fit the exact picture of what they envision their employee to be.

 

Crumple solves both of these problems by giving women the opportunity to be upfront about what is important to them and what they have to offer- without the parameters of a resume. Employers are provided with the type of details that are often not brought up until a few interviews in, and gives them the opportunity to “meet” candidates through first-person narratives that are more similar to a networking conversation than a resume review.

 

Every candidate you see here has met with and been vetted by a member of Crumple’s Talent Team, and has leadership experience at high-growth technology and SaaS companies.

How it Works: Employers

  1. Search: Select the various filters on the left-hand side of the page. (You can also use the keyword search if there is a specific mention you are looking for.) Results appear in boxes, color-coded based on the area of expertise best aligned with the candidate.
  2. Review: Click “Read More” to view the candidate's one-pager. As candidates are presenting themselves anonymously, you will find a three-word description for each in lieu of a name.
  3. Request: To connect with a candidate, click on the “Connect Me With This Candidate” button at the bottom of the one-pager, and fill in your contact information. (You may also select multiple candidates from the main search screen.)
  4. Connect: A member of Crumple’s Talent Team will reach out to you to discuss your need and answer any questions before connecting you with the candidate directly.
